You do not acquire ownership of the platform, software, code, methods, documentation, branding, or any associated intellectual property.
7. Your Websites, Content, and Instructions
You retain rights in your own website content.
However, in order to provide the service, you grant us the rights necessary to: fetch, access, analyze, process, cache, transform, prerender, proxy, and serve relevant website content; generate and store audit results, diagnostics, logs, reports, and improvements; deploy or serve approved improvements where supported by the product and approved by you; process the domains, URLs, paths, and technical configurations you submit.
You represent and warrant that: you have the right and authority to connect the domains, URLs, websites, and content you submit; your use of Crawlfind does not violate any applicable law, contract, platform policy, or third-party right; you will not use Crawlfind for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or malicious activity.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use Crawlfind to:
- engage in illegal activity;
- distribute malware, spam, phishing, or harmful code;
- scrape, abuse, overload, or interfere with the platform;
- evade usage limits, quotas, credits, protections, or billing logic;
- impersonate others or misrepresent authority over a website or domain;

- use the service for unlawful cloaking, fraudulent manipulation, or deceptive conduct;
- reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform beyond what applicable law allows.
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any use we reasonably believe violates these Terms or puts the platform, our users, or third parties at risk.
9. Audits, Improvements, Monitoring, and Outputs
Crawlfind may provide: audits; scores; diagnostics; insights; monitoring results; generated improvements; suggested changes; reports; prompts; recommendations.
These outputs are provided for operational and informational purposes only.
Crawlfind does not guarantee: search engine rankings; indexing outcomes; AI mentions or citations; traffic growth; revenue outcomes; uninterrupted availability; compatibility with every framework, bot, browser, platform, or configuration.
You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to act on outputs produced by the service.
10. Proxying, Prerendering, and Injection
Where enabled by your configuration, Crawlfind may: receive or route requests; prerender or transform pages; serve processed HTML; inject or serve approved SEO/AEO improvements; cache results; apply technical serving logic for supported crawlers or related request flows.
You acknowledge that service outcomes may depend on factors outside our control, including: DNS setup; origin server behavior; headers, caching, or firewall rules; website code and framework behavior; third-party crawlers, search engines, AI systems, or social platforms; changes in external policies, algorithms, or rendering behavior.
10A. Content Approval, Audit Trail, and User Responsibility
Explicit Approval Required
All content improvements generated by Crawlfind — including but not limited to metadata, structured data, FAQ blocks, key facts, entity annotations, canonical tags, Open Graph tags, and robots.txt modifications — require your explicit approval before they are deployed or injected into any page served through the service.
By approving an improvement, you confirm that: you have reviewed the proposed change; you authorize Crawlfind to inject or serve the approved content on your behalf; you accept responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the approved content.
Immutable Audit Trail
Crawlfind maintains an immutable, append-only audit log of every content approval and deployment event. Each audit record includes: the content before and after the approved change; the type and description of the improvement; the page path and domain affected; the timestamp of approval and, separately, the timestamp of deployment; technical metadata such as IP address and user-agent of the approving session.
This audit trail exists for compliance, legal defense, dispute resolution, and transparency purposes.
User Responsibility for Approved Content
Crawlfind acts solely as a technical intermediary executing your explicit instructions. You are solely responsible for: the content you approve for injection or deployment; ensuring that approved content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights; the consequences of any content served through the service at your direction.
Crawlfind is not liable for any content injected, served, or deployed at the user's instruction and approval. If a domain passes our safety checks and is proxied through Crawlfind, you — as the user who connected, configured, and approved content for that domain — bear full responsibility for content served through it.
Authority to Modify
By using the content approval and deployment features, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to modify the website content via approved injections, and that such modifications do not violate any applicable law, contract, or third-party right.
11. No Unlawful or Deceptive Use
Crawlfind is designed to improve crawlability, structure, and visibility.
It is not intended to be used for unlawful deception, fraudulent cloaking, spam, or any practice intended to mislead users, platforms, or search engines in violation of applicable law or platform rules.
You are solely responsible for how you configure and use the service, and for the legality of any content or deployment decisions.
12. Free Tools
Any free tools are provided on an "as available" basis. We may impose limits, rate limits, access controls, restrictions, changes, or removal at any time.
We make no promise that any free tool will remain available, unchanged, or suitable for any particular purpose.
13. Third-Party Services
Crawlfind may depend on third-party providers, including providers for hosting, DNS, caching, observability, billing, communications, or analytics.
We are not responsible for third-party service failures, outages, changes, or policies.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Crawlfind immediately, with or without notice, if: you breach these Terms; payment fails or remains overdue; your use creates legal, security, technical, or reputational risk; we detect fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct; we need to protect the platform, our users, third parties, or infrastructure.
You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription subject to the billing terms applicable to your plan.
Upon suspension, cancellation, or termination, connected domains may no longer be proxied, prerendered, cached, or served through Crawlfind.
15. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Crawlfind, including the platform, code, software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, branding, trademarks, documentation, and technology, are owned by Orchestrator, Lda. or its licensors.
Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
16. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect the confidential information of the other party and to use such information only as needed for the relationship between the parties, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to enforce rights.
17. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orchestrator, Lda., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to: your use of Crawlfind; your websites, domains, content, instructions, approvals, or deployments; your breach of these Terms; your violation of law or third-party rights; disputes relating to content processed, served, rendered, or modified at your request or approval.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crawlfind is provided "as is" and "as available."
We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of: merchantability; fitness for a particular purpose; non-infringement; uninterrupted availability; error-free operation; compatibility; performance or commercial outcomes.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orchestrator, Lda. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, business opportunity, or data, arising out of or related to Crawlfind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Crawlfind or these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Orchestrator, Lda. for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures relating to internet infrastructure, cloud providers, CDNs, DNS, labor disputes, war, natural disasters, cyberattacks, government action, or third-party platform changes.
21. Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.
Where appropriate for business customers, we may offer a separate Data Processing Agreement.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts of Lisbon, Portugal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
If you are a consumer and mandatory consumer protections apply in your country of residence, those protections remain unaffected to the extent required by law.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Crawlfind after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.
